How do pre-orders work?

For pre-orders, we require a 50% downpayment to secure your item. Once the shipment arrives in the Philippines, the remaining 50% balance will be required before we proceed with delivery. Kindly settle the remaining balance within 48 hours.

Once payment has been made, it cannot be refunded, except in the event that the order is canceled by the brand/retailer. We strongly encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

Where are pre-ordered items shipped from?

Pre-ordered items are shipped from Canada unless otherwise stated.

How long does shipping take for pre-ordered items?

Shipping for pre-ordered items from Canada to the Philippines typically takes 2-4 weeks. Additionally, please allow at least one week for the processing and packing of your order. Rest assured that our team will be diligently updating you on the status of your order.

 

I'm looking for a brand that's not listed on your Instagram account. Can you source it for me? 

Yes! We also accept pre-orders for brands not listed on our website or Instagram account. Simply send us the product details along with a photo, and we will make every effort to source it for you.
