Welcome to The Beautry. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Pricing

The Beautry reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change due to promotions, availability, or other factors.

2. Orders

• Orders will be held for a maximum of 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

• We do not process orders without payment.

• We do not accept item reservations or rush orders.

3. Payments

• Payments must be settled within 48 hours of order confirmation to avoid cancellation.

• Payment verification requires 24 to 48 hours.

• For bank transfers, proof of payment must be sent to payments@thebeautry.com for verification. Orders without proof of payment will not be processed.

• We do not accept layaway plans.

 

4. Shipping

• Orders are dispatched to our courier one business day after payment verification.

• Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

• Provincial areas: 3–7 business days

• Same-day delivery is not available as we require a minimum of 48 hours to process, pack, and verify payments.

• The Beautry is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged shipments caused by the courier.

• For express shipping within Metro Manila, the cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Customers are responsible for booking their own delivery service (Grab or Lalamove) and covering the delivery fee.

 

5. Pre-Orders

• A 50% down payment is required to secure a pre-order.

• Shipping for pre-ordered items from Canada to the Philippines typically takes 2-4 weeks. Additionally, please allow at least one week for the processing and packing of your order.

• Once the shipment arrives, the remaining balance must be settled within 48 hours before the order is processed for delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is canceled by the brand/retailer.

• We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase.

7. Privacy Policy

The Beautry values your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
