How long does shipping take?

• Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
• Provincial areas: 3-7 business days

 

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery as we require a minimum of 48 hours to process and pack your order, as well as verify your payment.

Once your order has been packed and payment has been confirmed, we do offer an express delivery option. However, the customer is responsible for booking the delivery service (Grab or Lalamove) and covering the delivery fee.

 

Do you allow pick-up of orders?

No, we do not allow pick-up of orders. All items must be delivered via our courier or express delivery services.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Our team will contact you via email with your tracking details.
