Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We offer a premium express delivery option available from Friday to Sunday only. Delivery is fulfilled via Grab or Lalamove, with booking and courier fees arranged and covered by the customer.

 

Do you allow pick-up of orders?

No, we do not allow pick-up of orders. All items must be delivered via our courier or express delivery services.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Our team will contact you via email with your tracking details.
